Application Procedure
Online applications are now open for admission to the 2010-2011 academic year beginning August 2010. Please read ALL instructions carefully and follow them accordingly. The MS in Technology Management Admissions Committee will consider complete, correctly prepared applications only accompanied with the application fee and appropriate documentation.
We welcome you to apply if you feel you are a qualified candidate and possess:
- A bachelor's degree or the equivalent with a 'B' or better grade point average (3.0 on 4.0 scale) from an accredited college in the United States or a recognized institution of higher learning outside the United States
- If international, a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score of 103 iBT for full status admission.
- Two years of full time work experience, this can include military service; U of I undergraduate students with minimum work experience are also encouraged to apply.
Because the program is designed for experienced managers, the length and nature of work experience is an important criterion for admission. If, however, an applicant has taken the GMAT or GRE and wishes to submit the scores with his/her application, the scores will be taken into account.
